From setup to clean-up, the Bearded Men Team has you covered. No tent battles, no burger-flipping—just show up, relax, and enjoy!
Our standard package is a two-night adventure, but we can tweak the length to fit your plans. Mid-week getaways? Absolutely! Add-ons? Let’s make it happen.

What’s Included In Your Private Camp:
- Bell Tents, lights and bunting for the party vibe
- Fully waterproof gazebo for storage of your food and drinks; and where your food is served
- Parachute cover communal area
- Fire pit
- Supply of logs for the weekend
- Seating for around your campfire
- Field games to keep you entertained
- Toilet facilities
- Private Wild Swimming spot running alongside your personal camp
- Welcome BBQ & complimentary drinks on Friday night
- Buffet style breakfast each morning, including hot & cold drinks and a fully loaded hot breakfast bun
- Fully loaded packed lunch for Saturday for Full Package only, this can be added for £10pp on the Half Package.
What’s Not Included:
- Transport to and from activities
- Saturday evenings meal & taxis, we can provide you with a bbq on request if you wish to stay at the campsite and cook for yourself
- Booze and extra snacks individuals require
Optional Extras:
- Sleeping Bag & Roll Matt Hire; £10 per person
- BBQ for the Saturday night; This is the BBQ only, food is not provided
- Additional firewood, this can be ordered during your weekend on request (your initial supply is usually enough)
